A few important things to know about my Raggies 🥰
Because each Raggy is made individually and takes a great deal of time and care, I don’t offer discounts for multiple items. The price is already set as low as I can reasonably make it while still allowing me to create each Raggy with the attention they deserve.
I’m very happy to combine postage by placing multiple Raggies into the same box, up to a total value of $250 USD.
Any other bears, dolls, props, or items that may appear in photos are not included in the listing.
Clothes are almost always non-removable, and I don’t modify my Raggies, as each one is offered exactly as they were made.
Once postage has been paid and a parcel is handed to the post office, that cost can’t be refunded. At that point, posted Raggies are sadly out of my hands, even though I always care very much about where they’re going.

Raggies are not toys. They are intended for display only and may contain small parts that aren’t designed with toy safety standards in mind. Please don’t give them to children, or to anyone who might put them in their mouth.

Under Australian law, sold items can’t be labelled as gifts. By purchasing, the buyer agrees to cover any taxes, import duties, or other fees that may be charged by their country.
The buyer also acknowledges that I’m not responsible for delays or actions taken by customs officials, postal services, or courier services.

Postage, Tracking and Communication:
I know many people are now used to automatically receiving tracking numbers through platforms such as eBay. After a lot of thought, I’ve made the personal decision not to offer tracking.
From my experience, tracking often creates more anxiety than reassurance. Australia Post updates aren’t always accurate or timely, and parcels can sometimes appear stuck or delayed even when they’re moving normally. This understandably causes worry and follow ups, even though I don’t control the scans and can’t access better information.

I spend 60 to 70+ hours a week sewing, and each Raggy takes hours to create for a usual price of $34 USD. Managing and chasing tracking takes time away from making the Raggies themselves, and for my small business it’s simply too much administration. 
Raggies don’t require a signature on delivery, and the postie is instructed to leave parcels in a safe place.
If there’s ever a genuine concern about your parcel, please do get in touch. I'm always happy to help. I do my best to respond as quickly as I can, however I receive messages across many different platforms, including multiple social media accounts and emails, so replies may not always be fast. Please know that I will respond as soon as I'm able.
I send items via standard post, which doesn’t require a signature and usually arrives within the expected timeframe. I work to post orders within five business days, and I only follow up if there’s an actual delay or non delivery.

Please note Raggies are located in Western Australia,  its a long trip for them overseas, and Europe can take a particularly long time. 

Each Raggy is individual and made with love. I kindly ask that they’re treated with care and respect. Please give them a good home. 💜
